1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website t2w.com.mx (hereinafter, “the Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our Site and services.

2. Operational Services and Legal Compliance

The services promoted through this Site include technical consulting, training, and logistics solutions. For users and industries operating within the United Mexican States, t2w guarantees that the assigned personnel possess the corresponding certifications and registrations before the competent authorities, including, but not limited to, the issuance of labor skills certificates (DC3 Form) and current registration before the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (REPSE), in compliance with applicable Mexican labor laws.

3. International Clients

The Site is accessible to global users. Clients outside of Mexico acknowledge that the hiring of specialized technical services will be coordinated under specific agreements, and that local regulatory deliverables (such as DC3 or REPSE) apply exclusively to operations and personnel executed within the Mexican Republic, unless otherwise agreed upon in a bilateral contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this Site, including but not limited to: logos, text, designs, graphics, interfaces, source code, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of t2w or its respective licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

t2w makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or temporarily uninterrupted. t2w shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the local laws of Mexico and the competent courts of the company’s corporate jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
